Holiday Season Returns:

Orders placed during November & December can be returned up to the day before Christmas. The item must be in BRAND NEW condition and sealed. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. If any items are missing, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Outside Holiday Season:

All products purchased by phone or via the website can be returned to the mailing address provided and carry a 14 day money back guarantee from the day it was received. We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee on returns. If any items are missing, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled up until the item goes into processing. If the order has gone into processing we cannot cancel the order.

Requirements for Exchange:

1. The customer must contact us and receive a RMA# prior to returning the item.

2. The product must be in new condition.

3. The products original box, packaging, all manuals, and accessories must be included. (Value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount.)

4. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable on any return.

5. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to VentureBridgeElectronics.

6. The customer must ship the item with an approved carrier including USPS, UPS and Fedex.

7. Returns accepted after 14 days will be on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to refuse a return.
